Benefits

Children up to 5 years logging in parent’s room are free of charge.
(For an extra bed or a cot we charge CHF 10.- per day)
Children from 6 to 12 years receive 50% reduction on logging in parent’s room.
Children from 13 to 16 years receive 30% reduction on logging in parent’s room.

Our reservation conditions

For a room confirmation we need a credit card number with the expiry date and the security number (the last 3 numbers on the back side of the credit card) or you can send a deposit payment by bank transfer to our bank.

Our cancellation conditions

Up until one month before arrival: no cancellation fee
21 – 30 days before arrival: 25 % cancellation fee from the total amount
14 – 20 days before arrival: 50 % cancellation fee from the total amount
07 – 13 days before arrival : 75 % cancellation fee from the total amount
Last week or no show: 100 % cancellation fee from the total amount

No refund in case of the arranged departure or arrival dates not being kept.

Payments in Euro are possible at the daily exchange rate.

10% surcharge for weekend bookings (Friday and Saturday) in February, March and April.

Check-In: from 2 pm / Check-Out: until 10.30 am
